Nick supports the Relay Investments team with investment due diligence, underwriting, and searcher support.
Prior to joining Relay, he worked for Banner, a lower middle market private equity firm in Lehi, UT, focused on founder and family-owned businesses in the Mtn. West. At Banner, he assisted in all aspects of the sourcing, underwriting, and deal execution activities.
In his free time, Nick enjoys exploring Boston’s culinary scene as a passionate foodie, along with cooking and baking. He is a huge Boston sports fan and a proud supporter of his alma mater, the Utah Utes. An avid walker, and proponent of maintaining an active lifestyle, he can often be found on longwalks throughout the city or at various exercise classes.
Nick holds a BS in Economics from the University of Utah.
