Nicolás is the CEO of Polysistemas Corp, a leading records and information management company in Peru and Bolivia that he acquired with his partners Diego Febrero and Julio Ramirez after launching Colca Capital, the first search fund in Peru.
He was hired as Relay’s first employee and led the firm’s due diligence efforts on Latin American operating company investments, while assisting various Relay-backed searchers all over the world in their industry analysis and search strategy.
Prior to joining Relay, Nicolás spearheaded the sales and business development team at SumZero, a financial technology company headquartered in New York with operations throughout Europe and Asia. He began his career on a Latin American derivatives structuring desk at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York.
Nicolás holds a A.B. in Politics and a certificate in Finance from Princeton University, where he played Varsity Lightweight Football and Junior Varsity Basketball. He speaks fluent Spanish and is a CFA Charterholder.
