​He is the Managing Partner at Granite Capital, an investment firm with a long-term hold thesis, and a member of the board of directors of Apollo Behavioral Services, a company that provides applied behavior analysis therapy services to children with autism.  Previously, he was the CEO of Skin and Beauty Center (SBC), a multi-unit dermatology group in Los Angeles.  After acquiring and integrating six add-on acquisitions in less than two years, he sold SBC shortly thereafter.  Prior to SBC, Ray was a founding member of Arborview Capital, a private equity firm focused on the ESG sector with a number of top-quartile exits, and an investment banker with Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering the business services industry.

Ray holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and a CFA (inactive).
