Before joining Relay, Stephanie served as the Chief People Officer at the Continental Grain Company, a privately-owned company that owns, operates, and invests globally in the food and agribusiness sectors. Prior to her tenure at Continental Grain, Stephanie held senior HR positions including Head of External Talent Acquisition at Bridgewater Associates, Senior Vice President of Human Capital at General Atlantic, and Head of U.S. Investment Banking Practice at Egon Zehnder.
