Tom is currently acting as CTO at PepperHQ, a cloud-based platform for the hospitality sector that delivers mobile-based ordering, payments, and user rewards via mobile Apps.  Previously, Tom served as Director of Architecture at Eze Software Group (#50 in Fintech top 100), defining and implementing strategy for transforming on-prem products to the cloud.  Prior to Eze, Tom co-founded Tradar, a leading middle and back office platform for the Buy Side, and acted as CTO where he built the technology and engineering teams from scratch. Before joining Tradar, Tom co-founded FPS, a lighting control company that transformed its industry, and drove the creation of advanced lighting control systems for theatre and broadcast control.

Tom has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
